Had a wonderful stay during the NFC Championship game. The helpful front desk person kindly gave us an upgrade to a suite which we really appreciated. The suite was well equipped with Scandinavian style. Comfortable bed and quiet room. Nescafé and good tea included. There was a nice surprise with included turn down service. We returned to the suite with chocolates, the bed made and slippers. Great location. Steps to Pike Place market and a nice Bakery (Dahlia) across the street. Only negative which is common in hotels slow wifi. I wouldn’t normally care because I have lots of data but their Chrome casting needs a good wifi connection to stream to the TV. The lobby is not nearly as welcoming as the photos on the Accor app suggest. The main entrance is right there and is constantly being opened and closed and thus ushering in the wind and cold. This makes it impossible to sit by the fire and enjoy that area. Additionally, an attached restaurant serves as the main bar and it is not that nice. One of my favorite parts of staying at hotels is the vibe of the lobby or hotel bar. Otherwise, the hotel was good. The rooms were nice in size, but the lack of a shower door does not allow for the area to warm up while showering. I made an attempt to check out other hotel chains other than my standard Marriott and Hyatt, however this experience left a bit to be desired and in retrospect, I wish I had stayed at the Thompson.

Fabrizio was our concierge and he was FABULOUS! As soon as I arrived, the valet David was super sweet and allowed me to park at the front while I went inside to confirm if there was a possibility to check in earlier than 4pm. Fabrizio was hilarious, accommodating and the most generous hotel associate I’ve ever communicated with. My sister and I were in Seattle to celebrate our 30th birthday. He not only upgraded our room to a BIGGER room with a great view of the city, he also provided us a bottle of champagne and helped orchestrate a special surprise from my sisters girlfriend. Everything was a 10/10 experience. Thank you to David our valet, Fabrizio our concierge and all the kind doormen. We will be returning for sure!

Room was great. I was in a deluxe king — great bed, well-stocked and reasonably priced minibar. Loved the plush robes with waffle weave on the outside and terry on the inside. Room had varied seating, well-placed plugs, and huge closet. ||Gym was too small and had a musty odor. Had plenty of treadmills but one bike and one elliptical, not impressive. ||Lola restaurant was excellent. I didn’t have a chance to go to dahlia bakery but everyone raved about it. ||Neighborhood was hit or miss. Tons of amazing coffee around but third ave didn’t necessarily feel safe even during the day.

All of the hotel employees were so kind. I just stayed one night in a corner bedroom and slept like the dead! The bed is like a cushy marshmallow and you just melt right into it. The bathrobes and slippers were a fun addition! The location was great. A walk from the convention center and pikes place. Shout out to Tomas the valet for bringing back my car for me and his joyful conversation while my mom came down to say goodbye to me!
