Hotel YMCA

I stayed in this hotel in November 1999 and the price was $60 per night. I stayed in this hotel for ten days and the room was small and the bathroom was shared between the rooms. These are memories in Manhattan.

I respect the concept. Making NYC affortable - but the quality of the rooms in my opinion are not good. Everything is old, a condom was floating in the public toilets. AC making a lot of noise and rooms a bit dirty. I guess its okay when your are 21 years of age on a budget but not for me this.

Good rooms, good service and good facilities. The rooms are small but they got everything a person needs. No problem for me. The toilets and restrooms are in the hallway, but never very far away. All in all a great choice if you are looking for a basic, centrally located accommodation. Would not recommend it for couples ;)

YMCA youth hostel in Midtown Manhattan with a reasonable price tag. Admin staff mostly unfriendly and stressed. Rooms small and very basic. Shared facilities ok. Swimming pool and workout area included.
