Hotel Wolcott

This hotel needs to be SHUT DOWN . It’s INFESTED with roaches , when I explained this to them they said they checked and didn’t see any roaches, meanwhile I had videos and caught them red handed . The staffs at the building are HIGHLY disrespectful and very unprofessional. The director of the building ( Ms. Lopez ) told me why am I staying there if I didn’t have to ? She also had the nerve to tell me she’s no where near my age. Because I’m 20 does not mean I’m YOUNG AND DUMB . I have a 5 month old and refuse to stay there while roaches is crawling on the bed and spotted EVERYWHERE. she then kicked me out the office after getting on the phone with my guardian for guidance telling me I’m grown and can speak for myself , how she doesn’t want to speak with anyone and kicked me out the system

We debated for so long over what hotel to book for our stay in New York, we looked extensively at reviews and after a noticing a very well written response to a clearly malicious review we decided to book The Wolcott. Well I can honestly say we were absolutely delighted with our choice. Everything about this place was perfect for us - location, cleanliness and of course the staff. The hotel itself is luxurious in design in the lobby and has an old fashioned glamour to it. The room again had the same feel to it but had all the mod cons and facilities you could need. The breakfast muffins were delicious and certainly saved us some money on breakfast every day. The staff were helpful, polite and accommodating at all times. I just returned last night from a 4 night stay at Hotel Wolcott. This was my second time staying here. What a wonderful hotel! The decor is so beautiful----worthy of the landmark it is! Our room was perfect. We got the Jr. Suite, beds were comfortable, room was very clean and decor kept the feel of the time period it was built, but in an updated comfy feel! Our housekeeping lady was a true jewel. I could tell she liked her job and intended in doing it well and keeping her rooms and people happy and cared for! The staff were courteous and pleasant---Jeto told us some of the rich history of the hotel-----if you thinking of staying here, read up on the legends that have stayed before us! I only have good things to say---the only con---bathroom is small---but no problem---very functio

Great hotel. The staff are friendly. And the rooms completely comfortable. The breakfast muffins a nice touch. A historical hotel handy for all attractions, especially the Empire State Building.loved the pictures of Buddy Holly. We came from England were jet lagged so the staff on reception dealt with us quickly at check in. Not a modern hotel but equally as good it’s of its era, that adds to its charm. Saw it pop up on Netflix in a series starring Forest.W.5star service for a 3 star price.

Nice hotel located in Korea town near Empire State Building. The crew is polite and helpful. The concierge wasn’t at the office very often. The “breakfast” was just a muffin and coffee/tea. We had a two bedroom room with an amazing view but the tiniest bathroom I’ve ever seen 😂 The hotel room were very big. The crew kept it clean and tidy every day.
