Hotel Victor South Beach

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room during this stay. The bed sheets did not smell fresh — instead, they had a noticeable cologne scent, which made me question whether they had been properly washed. I also found tiny bugs on the bathroom sink area, which was concerning. In addition, there was visible residue on the telephone handset that had clearly not been cleaned. Both the telephone and the TV remote control appeared dirty and in need of proper sanitizing. For the price I paid, I was expecting the room to be spotless. Unfortunately, the overall condition did not meet basic cleanliness standards. When I brought these concerns to the front desk, they did offer an apology, but no compensation or resolution was provided for the condition of the room. I hope management take

The Hotel Victor is an absolute gem of a hotel located centrally on the pedestrianised part of Ocean Drive.||From first acquaintance to final check out, we felt welcomed like “old friends”, although this was our first visit to Miami and this hotel.||We stayed in an upper floor room overlooking the pool area, with an ocean view.||The rooms are well appointed and spacious, and come with complimentary coffee, water and WiFi.||There are also bikes to hire from reception, together with beach towels and chairs, should you wish to visit the beach over the road (we used all three during our stay.||The pool area is also a pleasant area to use and it’s secluded enough to feel like you’re away from the masses who are just below you on pavement. Positive: The service staff was super nice and attentive. The location was great and I loved the overall decor. Negative: The rooms photographed very well, but is very small! They make the most of the space they have but it?s tight if you have a lot of stuff. We only stayed one night so it was manageable.

Nice historic art deco property and super convenient for walking on Ocean Drive. Our room was tiny, but clean and modern. One issue was the dirty windows. We had no balcony, so only window. The windows were so dirty you could not see Ocean Drive or ocean, which was sad. The room itself was nice though and clean. Nice bed. Modern. MANAGEMENT CLEAN YOUR WINDOWS! Would stay there again, but in a balcony room this time. Staff super nice and it was cool staying in a historic hotel.

stayed here last week for my girl's birthday. Have to say, it was excellent. They closed car traffic on ocean drive which is a little frustrating as you have to walk all your luggage a block or so. But that is not the hotels fault, and it was actually really nice that the block was closed once we started walking the neighborhood. We got the king suite, and once there they mentioned the rooftop penthouse was available for an extra charge. After a short negotiation we came to a reasonable number, and we took it. LEGIT the best view in south beach. The whole roof was ours. Hot tub...amazing. Felt like a millionaire. The bed was very comfy, the bathroom as others have mentioned are not...very private but its ok. They could use a small kitchenette or at least a microwave for the huge price tag,
