Hotel Trouvail Miami Beach

Stayed at Trouvail South Beach for a weekend with four friends and honestly had an awesome time. The hotel has really good vibes and feels fresh and modern, especially the Art Deco–style lobby, which looks great after the renovation. Rooms were very clean, super comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for South Beach. We all slept great. The big fridge in the room was a huge plus for drinks and snacks. Bathroom was spacious and the shower pressure was solid. Everything was spotless during our stay, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Big shoutout to Sagar and the front desk team for being welcoming and easygoing from the start. Having parking at the hotel made the whole weekend way easier. The hotel is very well located. I loved the elegant, classic, and simple design, with its beautifully crafted details. The layout of the pool area, blended with the surrounding nature, creates a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.|And about the staff Allan at the front desk was absolutely incredible; he was always very friendly and professional. He helped me extend my stay and also listened to my requests and found solutions, which significantly improved my experience at the hotel.

Cozy little place. Scavenger hunt type check in for one single key to enter room. Hold card on scanner or door won't click. European type size elevator that has an odd smell. Busy one way they go real fast on Indian watch out for that. Easy access for swimming in the Collins Canal across the street. Layout of the room is good. Great cable, nice phone & internet. Bed average. Closet nice a bonus small microwave. Big fridge. Scuzzy couch(avoid) huge sink to give a dog a bath in. Hand towels for the shower use seemed strange. Clipboard with different cards with threats if caught smoking(avoid smoking ) major fine and other instructions. Bring pillow cases and towels. I would sign up again to stay.

I booked this hotel and realized within 10 minutes that I needed to cancel because my work travel dates to Miami were not confirmed. Despite contacting the hotel immediately, I was told I would not receive a refund and would be charged for the entire stay. No flexibility, no understanding, and zero effort to help. I explained that my employer would not cover the charge since the trip was uncertain, but the hotel did not care. I was forced to eat the full cost. When I arrived, the hotel was nothing like the pictures. The room was dirty, the bed had stains, and the AC did not work at all—the room was hot and miserable. Walking distance to the beach. Pool was never too crowded but could be sunnier. Always felt super safe. Checkin was like an escape room so fun. Wish the bar opened earlier for drinks in the sun. Would stay here again
