Hotel Seahorse Beach Bungalows

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The bungalows are well maintained, spotless, and offer great privacy. The atmosphere is calm and perfect for unwinding. You can really see the effort management puts into creating a great experience. And on top of all of that when we arrived manager on site was very kind helpful and willing to answer all my questions and concerns. He guided me to my room and help me unlock and show me how does the lock work. On top of that he recommend a few dinner option around the area and they were great. I would definitely return.

We really had a terrible experience. We booked a “Deluxe” room. We travelled two hours to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We checked reviews and they seemed okay. We were given check-in instructions via messaging as there is not a representative on site. Upon entering the room we assumed that someone was still staying there or they had skipped getting this room ready. The room was very small without windows. There were wet towels on the floor, hundreds of ants on the bathroom floor and the bedding was in a pile on the very small and low homemade bed. The mattress was very thin. It looked like a trundle bed serving as the main bed. We followed instructions given to us and we messaged the staff. We waited, we waited some more and waited more. No response. Just needs the split ac unit cleaned to avoid mold smell. Everything else was great. Rental is kind of secluded but great because few to no people on the beach. If you’re looking for a private beach this is your rental.

Don't do it. Just stayed in room #2 for two of the three nights we paid for. Could not enjoy myself and left after the cops showed up the night before. Mattress was horrible. Roaches on the counter. Not at all like the pictures. It's the same place as the pictures in the listing but way worse and worn out. It's in a quiet, isolated spot 300 yards from a nice beach. It is worth $75 a night fees included. I could list all the things. But it's not worth it. Dirty sheets, dirty floors, no towels, people banging on the window at night to find the manager. There is no staff present ever and they were super delayed on answering texts. Like 6 to 12 hours. There are a number of 5 star reviews in early 2026 all over a short time period. A cute but quirky little place that still seems to be evolving. My room had obviously been recently redone. It was clean, with a kitchenette, and a sitting area. But it was odd - outlets and switches in weird places, the rug was doubled up under the bed, the closet in an awkward location. The beds were made up backwards - with the blanket where the sheet should be (I flipped it over lol) Bathroom was nice and they provided a beach towel. Beach was about a 5 minute walk down a small path. Cumberland Farms and a seafood restaurant within walking distance; anything else you needed to drive. There was no kind of welcome or info packet in the room and I had to get the WiFi code from housekeeping. There were numerous “extra” charges, including $25 per day to park in their lot (there wer
