What a lovely place to stay! Visited our family...friendly, safe, scenic...the ocean is a few steps across the street...town and point a few minutes drive.

Do not let your water pump break. When I got to Ocean Resorts my water pump worked but my water heater did not so all I had was cold showers in my RV. When I got here I hooked up and the pressure broke my water pump and I have not been able to find anyone to replace the broken one with the new one. Ocean Resorts is using this as an excuse to force me to leave, unable to extend my rental agreement and is not even honoring their own regulations that stipulate I am supposed to be given thirty days to fix the issue. When they want you out, they will find any excuse they can. My sin was wanting hot water but according to OR, I need to take cold showers, wash my dishes with cold water, pay 25 cents a minute for a hot shower that gets lukewarm after a minute and hot after two and shuts off after

The best place! The ocean is right across the Street and the pool is heated and beautiful! The people living here are fabulous! The get activities are plentiful. The parties are great. The office staff are simply amazing! ❤️

Directly across Highway A1A and down Co-ops own boardwalk to beach on the Atlantic. So, nice location!! Facilities are clean and well maintained, there are lots of park models-- some are quite old- and RV sites were made years ago when rigs were much smaller. People are friendly. There are planned activities.

Horrible experience with Susan Grigsby who was handling the lot rental for someone else. She had us send a check of $100 for electric deposit for a week rental. If you know anything about rv parks typically electric is only paid on monthly stays. Then we were told a price of $250 for the week, which is a tad bit high, but we decided was ok. We scheduled to meet her at 5pm, she was asking if we could meet earlier so we changed our plans to meet at 2pm. When we were about 45 minutes away she called and asked if we could meet later around 4pm, she had a niece who wanted to take her to lunch. We said ok. She called back at 3:45 saying they were just getting to the restaurant and she'd meet us at 4:30pm. She was in Jensen Beach which means she would never get there by then unless she was alr
