Rich the manager was absolutely amazing! He made our stay completely worry-free during a very stressful time. We were visiting from Texas to be close to the hospital where my mom is receiving care, and his kindness and support meant so much to us. Thank you, Rich, for all of your help. Our family of 7 came here to escape an ice storm and so my husband could work remotely, we have always enjoyed our stay at a Home2Suites and this was no exception. The lobby, room, beds were clean and this hotel is in a great location, near a Walmart for necessities, and many things to do as a family. Rich the front desk manager was fantastic as well as another manager who was there (though I didn't catch her name) if we're ever in town for an actual vacation, would love to stay here again.

FYI, Home2 Suites by Hilton is an American all-suite extended-stay hotel. This newer hotel provides free parking, a fitness center, laundry room, & an outdoor pool. Our suite had a toaster, dishwasher, full size frig, & microwave. I would have preferred drawers by the bed as nightstands though. Although I mentioned to different staff members more than once that their free hot buffet breakfast did not identify what the items were, nothing was done. We had a nice stay though.

Positive: The location, cleanliness, comfort and amenities were great. Negative: My room was on the first floor and located next to an exit door. The other guests slammed the exit door all night - I was only able to sleep two and half hours due to the constant noise.

Rich the manager was fantastic. All three of the other front desk as well were Top notch. The food service attendant was so sweet every morning. The housekeeping staff are impeccable. The hotel is new clean fresh. Gorgeous. We have an EV car and we were allowed to charge all night for free. The breakfast was a full hot breakfast with homemade empanadas and homemade healthy waffles. The pool is salt water. I felt so amazing after. The gym is fully stocked and all four of us used it. The lobby is warm and invited. The rooms were stocked with clean linens and all the extras you would need. We will be back 100000%. The highest compliment is when all the staff we encountered seemed genuinely happy it makes the stay ever more relaxed. Thank you for an amazing family vacation.
