Hotel Riu Plaza Manhattan Times Square

Fantastic hotel, rooms very clean with a great view, beds very comfortable. Very welcoming staff couldn’t do enough for you. Fantastic breakfast great array of food choice. waiter and waitress’s very polite great system in place to find you a table very well run. In a fantastic location in the heart of Times Square. Within walking distance of local attractions. Will definitely be returning.

The location is phenomenal to walk to times square grand central station or 5th street. Super close to yiur Broadway show. Great ice cream next door. The bell boys are so helpful. Storing luggage after check out was complimentary! Checkin was easy and fast with polite service.The view was good from the room. The only issue was that the elevator was stuck with my husband ON IT! Once they got him off...in only 10mins...no one really followed up. Its kind of a big deal to be trapped in an elevator with 8 strangers.

We loved our family stay (2 adults and 2 children aged 17 and 13). The location is fantastic, just off Times Square. Check-in was quick and easy, with really friendly and welcoming reception staff.||The room was lovely, clean, and spacious for our needs. We loved that the suitcases could be stored under the bed, which gave us more space. The shower was powerful (which we loved), the bed was very comfortable after long days out, and the room was quiet at night.||We had been worried about breakfast queues after reading reviews, but we never queued — and we stayed over Christmas and New Year when it was very busy. Breakfast was great, with friendly staff, lots of choice, and everything fresh.||Check-out was just as easy. The bellboy was fantastic and got us a taxi to JFK within five minutes a

I chose this hotel as part of my first time to New York. The staff could not have been more helpful, from the reception staff, the door staff and the breakfast staff. Upon arrival the lobby area was full of life. The location was outstanding for what we wanted to see during our trip, located a 2 minute walk from the bustling Times Square, everything we wanted was within walking distance and Ubers are always close. Approx 5 minute walk to the subway station. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable, equipped with a stocked coffee machine and iron for clothing. We were lucky to have a nice view from the hotel room. By the time we’d get back to the hotel during the evening, the room had been immaculately tidied. Would highly recommend staying here!
