Hotel Richland LES

Location is solid—right on Allen St in Chinatown/Lower East Side border, steps from East Broadway subway (F/J/M/Z), easy walks to Little Italy, SoHo shops, street food, and Brooklyn Bridge. Great for exploring downtown Manhattan—vibrant neighborhood with tons of eats nearby. Rooms were a standout: very clean, modern, comfy beds, nice bathroom, and thoughtful touches like in-room snacks/coffee/tea. Spacious for NYC and quiet despite the area. Service was strong—friendly, multilingual staff, quick check-in, helpful with tips and requests. Great boutique value in a lively spot—loved the clean vibe and convenience. Would stay again! 5 stars.

I had a one night stay-over in New York for an art exhibit event and I booked Hotel Richland LES via AirBnB at a great overnight rate. The hotel check-in was very easy and the front desk was friendly and provided clear instructions for accessing my room. My room was ready upon arrival and was small but very clean and tidy. The bathrooms were well appointed with bath and face towels and the shower/bath tub was very clean. The king size bed was ver comfortable and the linens were clean. Water and snacks were included in the room. The location is in the heart of Chinatown and felt safe even though it was bustling with people, but overall people were just going about their business. We stayed two nights in December and appreciated the location in LES/Chinatown, convenient to several metro stops and walking distance to SOHO. The people working reception throughout our stay were extremely helpful, providing a mini fridge quickly, and watching our luggage on both ends of our trip. We stayed on the 11th floor and found it to be surprisingly quiet at night. Room was small but comfortable and reasonable for NYC. Would be happy to return for another stay.

Positive: room seemed clean and adequate for short stay Negative: The deadbolts on doors don’t work. I tried two different rooms.

The attention to detail and overall comfort really stood out. We would especially like to highlight the hosts, Carlos and Lázaro, who provided outstanding service. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again.
