Hotel Rendale Miami Beach

While the property itself is pleasant, the overall service experience fell well below the level one would reasonably expect at this price point. Upon arrival, my bed had not been made and the previous guest’s used and worn sheets were still on it. This is not a minor oversight but a fundamental housekeeping failure that should never occur in a hotel positioning itself at this level. The full amount of the stay was also charged to the wrong credit card, despite the reservation clearly indicating that only a pre-authorization was required. Such administrative inaccuracies undermine confidence and should be addressed internally. This was my 1st time staying in a hostel. My sister was coming in the next day and accidentally selected a mixed room. The person working did magic to get her in the female room with me since it was a very busy weekend. The place was clean and very nice. People that had stayed in hostels before kept mentioning how nice this place was. Every one coming in was respectful and friendly. Everything is conveniently located CVS, restaurants and beach across the street. If I stay in another hostel it will have big shoes to fill.

Positive: I love how clean our room was! the view is adorable its one of the books. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anybody!! Also they have pool til 2:30am Negative: the cons are just the parking spot. You have to park across the street and pay every 3hrs and its not guaranteed you'll get a parking.

I absolutely love this hostel! It has such a vibrant international crowd, which makes it easy to meet people from all over the world. The atmosphere is friendly, social, and full of positive energy. I would definitely stay here again
