Hotel on Rivington

Had the absolute BEST stay at this hotel!! From check-in the staff was very professional, polite, and accommodating. We arrived early, and they were able to store our luggage and then send a text once the room was available. We werent left waiting around. And then the room - wow. The views were the best and worth the stay in itself. The rooms were SO spacious for NYC. There were really thoughtful details - chocolates, champagne, luxe bedding, robes, etc etc. I wanted to stay forever and not leave. The area was amazing - we got to explore a bit prior to check in and had brunch a few blocks over and hit the candy store as well. You are in a quieter area but still very accessible. I cant wait to go back.

The staff were wonderful. They accommodated me with my need for having a black tub in my room. My room is great, nice views. Location wise, two different occasions occur of people being crazy in front of the hotel over Valentines Day Weekend. I will come back for another stay

My partner and I had a fantastic stay. It was my first time staying here and I will happily be returning in the future. We requested a room with a balcony and were given a room with a balcony that was out-of-service. Because we had arrived in the late evening they weren’t able to switch us immediately. By 11am the next morning we were in a new room with a working balcony. From that point onward it was nothing but smooth sailing. The location feels unbeatable when coupled with the views from the rooms and your access to so much of the city. Clean, efficient, affordable. Shoutouts to Karina and Dery at the front desk for their endless with help throughout our 4 night stay.

Location is good as close to subway and bus station. Front desk staff are helpful. Double beds room type considers as spacious with a row of closet space but not really needed to use. Shower pressure is great while no toothpaste and toothbrush, no laundry bag. Housekeeping services not reliable and complete cleaning in late hours which even missed cleaning during our stay. There’s around extra $40 per night facilities fee (a tiny gym room, free bottled water, free tea and coffee counter in the morning) charged upon checked in. There’s $10 food credit per day for food purchased in its restaurant. Planned to use the credit on its Japanese restaurant but no sushi and sashimi as expected. We had pasta and steak instead, taste good though.

LOVED our stay at Hotel on Rivington! Staff is so friendly and accommodating. We were given an early check in and they sent us a text once our room was ready so we didnt have to wait around. No details go unnoticed - chocolate in room, complimentary wine happy hour, luxe bath products, massive closet & storage comfy beds. Had the best sleep. The view from our room was incredible. We loved the neighborhood - there was a great brunch place around the corner at Good Thanks Cafe and we hit the Economy Candy across the street. I would 100000% stay here again.
