Hotel Monte Carlo

We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is very convenient, close to restaurants and shopping, and only a short drive to the Disney parks. A special thanks to Carmen, who was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful during our stay. Her warm attitude really made us feel comfortable and taken care of. She provided excellent customer service and made our visit even more enjoyable. Overall, this was a pleasant and relaxing stay, and we would definitely choose this hotel again. We will be visiting again in the future. Highly recommended!

Paid the $50 deposit which I have done in multiple hotels/motels in USA so no big deal but 7 weeks later no refund (no damage to room in fact we were in room for 7hrs in total and hardly ruffled the bed clothes !!!!) multiple emails have been ignored by management so have started a charge back via my credit card company ||Be warned, hotel is cheap as it’s very very basic on an extremely busy road but remember deposit was pretty much all we paid for the 1 night so considerably better hotels near by for same money. ||Do yourself a favour and save the aggro don’t stay here !

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to restaurants, shopping, and the Disney parks. The room was spacious, quiet, and well maintained, making our stay very relaxing. A special mention to Carmen at the front desk — she was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. Her kindness really stood out and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, this was a great value for the price, and we were very satisfied with our stay. We will definitely visit again and recommend this place to others.

Close enough to everything, yeah out of the way enough to not be too busy. We stayed in room 210, Room was clean and comfortable. The man at the desk is probably one of the nicest men I've ever met. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. Overall, this hotel is a great value and we would definitely stay here again.
