I stayed here from January 10th till the 12th 2026. The first room my friend and I booked had stains literally everywhere (the walls, floors, beds, bathroom, etc.) The stains appeared to be dried bodily fluids along with makeup. It appeared that the bedding was not changed after the last guests, but rather rearranged. We asked to switch to another one and it was slightly better, however there were hairs across my friend's bed and a wad in the bathroom. The walls are thin and you will hear everything going on on your floor. The building reaks of tobacco and marijuana, which was tolerable, but not for everyone. The only microwave available is in the lobby for guests to use, and it is evident that it is rarely cleaned after usage. Read through the reviews on this one before you book. The qual

Positive: I only stayed one night and left and still want a partial refund. Negative: Everything single thing. Even the bed was not comfortable but it could have been my fears as well.

The place is Great for the price paid. please note different days will have different nightly rates (spiking around holidays or big events nearby). Check in was easy and quick, but we noted the staff is not always at the desk, so it’s understandable seeing other reviews complaining about a delay in process. The room size is just what you need for a short stay in the City. Cleaning could be more detailed, dont expect “top tier spotless”, but it could be worse. We did bring a plug-in air freshener because ita common for NY hotel rooms to smell like smoke, and it was an AMAZING IDEA. Do this to add ambiance, thank me later. Our room also had a small balcony, and really good light blocking curtains. MTA Subway is maybe 2 blocks away (The 1 Train). Theres plenty of small restaurants and shops n

Nice clean rooms and bathroom. It was a little noisy at night and the elevator button to the floor I was staying on was busted. Except for that I had a good stay.

My 19-year-old daughter and her friend booked a room here. Obviously they did not know what they were doing. So we as responsible parents stepped in and helped them make a reservation at a reputable hotel. This was two weeks before their reservation. The hotel refuses to issue a refund for services unused with more than enough time to fulfill anyone's cancellation policy. I find it absolutely disgusting to see Corporate America taking advantage of 19 and 20-year-olds that are just trying to experience the world safely. Any reputable business would have refunded the money in good faith period. For reasons exactly like this post. As a responsible traveler if you read their reviews, the place is absolutely disgusting. I would encourage anyone and everyone to stay as far away from this busines
