Hotel Manteo, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

We stayed 2 nights on our trip and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable this place was !! Our room was a king and it was plenty roomy bed was comfortable definitely 5 stars in my opinion and if ever in the area again and need a room this is where we will be staying.

Looks just like the pictures. If your off put by the outside just know that it’s beautiful on the inside. Bed was soft and room was very clean. Front desk was nice. I was really stunned for the price it was inexpensive and better quality than any of the other places around! Loved our stay would definitely stay again.

Positive: The outdoor pool. Very quiet room in the 2nd floor of main building Negative: The pool was closed then opened then closed for maintenance. We were there primarily for the pool. There was no communication about the pool closure. They did open the pool for guests the day we were there all day. It was open the night we arrived also

Check-in process was a breeze, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The AC worked great and the room was clean. The pool area is lovely, and I had the whole place to myself on the weekday evening I went. The bathroom is tight, but the room feels expansive. The sink and mirror are located outside the bathroom so there’s plenty of room to get ready. My stay would have been even better if I did not find hairs in the shower and in the towels.

The roof fell in while we were on vacation. They downgraded our stay in a room with a broken A/C. Took 2 months to get a refund. We totally slept with insulation in our bed the first night. Nice hotel if you don’t mind the roof falling in and an A/C unit where you have to empty the water every 3 hours. Affordable and clean, just non responsive and overall I wouldn’t go back.
