Great hotel and would recommend the stay! Staff was great, room was spacious and very comfortable. If you choose to stay here you MUST have dinner at Kúcu. It's the restaurant in the main lobby, I had one of the most amazing burgers ever. I opted for the drive thru burger and itvwas worth every penny. Menu is on the pricey side but well worth it.

The management staff are top notch! We had several issues with reservations for our daughter’s wedding and Peter Matino made everything right! A lot of emotions were flowing because of the wedding and he kept a cool and calm demeanor thru the process. The hotel is beautiful and loved the lobby and bar/restaurant. Highly recommend

Our family stayed here for 5 nights this past March. This was our first time going skiing and we were celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday. We reached out to the hotel and talked to Katherine to prepare something special for my husband’s birthday and their team was so amazing to put together a really nice gift box with a lot of goodies for him. They also put us on the higher floor in a room with the view of the mountains. Vicky, Santiago, and Indira, and the entire staff were all really nice and accommodating. We all enjoyed the daily s’mores and complimentary coffee/tea. The room was spacious, well designed, and clean. The beds were comfortable. This is a very nice, modern hotel with close access to the bus stations as well as lots of food and shopping nearby. All the staff were friendly and the place is clean. A few cons is they do not have complimentary breakfast, but they do have a grab and go section that is reasonably priced. They also do not have a hot tub or sauna but they were giving reimbursements for using the nearby rec center.

Stayed here for a weekend with my husband. Overall it was nice, clean, and close to everything we wanted to check out in Silverthorne. A few things regarding amenities: The pool was not heated. The in room LED TVs are not connected to the internet whatsoever, so there is no way to stream to the TV in room. (The TV itself has the functionality to connect to your device via Bluetooth…which only works with internet connection) I tried to troubleshoot this with the hotel staff but they just kept saying they are trying to get new TVs. Parking: The parking garage is a public garage with no designated spaces for hotel guests. Saturday night I got back around 6 and the garage was completely full–it’s unmonitored so there was a massive line, requiring us to park across the street. Parking is inc
