Hotel Indigo NYC Financial District, an IHG Hotel

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was very nice and well taken care of, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, which really made a difference during my stay. The only minor downside was some noise from the train passing below, which may have been due to my room being in a corner. Aside from that, my experience was excellent. I felt comfortable and well-received, and I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would happily stay here again.

Husband and I stayed here over the long Thanksgiving weekend and had a very enjoyable stay. Pros: - Everyone is SUPER nice and helpful - the front desk guys and gals, restaurant folks, and housekeeping staff. - Food (well, we just had breakfast) was surprisingly tasty in the hotel restaurant. I'd kill for that sourdough, although bacon was a little flavorless. Pancakes were money too. - We were on the 26th floor so it was very quiet up there. I'm an extremely light sleeper and although the AC is a bit loud when it turns on and off, there is a constant fan setting that's perfect for sleeping. - The bathroom was very clean and had great shampoo/soap options. - Gym was a bit petite but got the job done with cardio and weight machines/dumbells. Cons: - Rooms are quite tiny, but very clean

Situated in the heart of the Financial District, the hotel is within walking distance of key landmarks, public transportation, and a wide variety of restaurants and cafes. It made getting around the city easy and enjoyable.I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t speak to that, but everything else—from the room quality to the service—was excellent. My wife and I visited NYC for the 2nd time and enjoyed our stay in the financial district. Hotel Indigo in the financial district is conveniently located near multiple subway lines, the World Trade Center, a Whole Foods, and other great restaurants and delis. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and modern. Their service was incredible and convenient providing a texting option for requests to refill coffee pods, extra blanket, and etc. They were very quick to provide these extra amenities which was very much appreciated. The gym has what you need to stay fit during your trip and they have a great restaurant and convenience market at the lobby level. We will comeback to Indigo for a future NYC stay. I stayed here for 3 nights while the city for work. Great rates. No, the rooms are not spacious but perfect for what I need and it was comfortable and clean. The staff is amazing! used the gym daily. good products for the bathrooms. I will absolutely return!
