Hotel Indigo Napa Valley, an IHG Hotel

I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo in Napa CA. and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with the front desk staff going above and beyond to make me feel at home. My room was spotless, spacious, and very cozy, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect — close to local attractions & wineries yet peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was fresh and varied, with healthy options. What stood out most was the staff’s genuine hospitality; they were always ready with a smile and helpful recommendations. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.

We had such a great stay!!!! From the moment we got here including two young kids the staff was amazing, helping us unload allllll the things from our car in the rain so I could get my kids inside and dry. One night we ordered food from their restaurant to go and I was going to walk back and grab it but they beat me and brought it to the room. The room was clean, and spacious, and we enjoyed the hot tub too!! Ranch market is also just across the street to grab anything that’s needed easily. We are traveling to the area to visit family so a reasonably priced clean hotel is just what we need. Will definitely be coming back!!

Everything we need for our extended stay. Made to order breakfast and high quality coffee in a glass enclosed patio. Max, Laurice and Brian are happy, attentive servers. Location let's us jump onto Hwy 29, and puts us minutes away from downtown. Plenty of sunlight in our room when we want it. Modern bath with a unique layout. Front desk is very helpful. Very secure, both inside and while parking. Here for business purposes, but would stay for a vacation.

An extended weekend at the tail end of harvest season. First time at Indigo, it's an average hotel- however Gustavo made our experience great. There were no blackout blinds in the room - cute wooden decorative shutters. But if you are sensitive to light like my husband, this is not ideal. We contemplated moving to another hotel but Gustavo went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Willing to offer us a different room and alternative options that work great! We ended up staying the entire stay thanks to him!

This hotel is located between the downtown area and wineries, so it is suitable for guests who plan to stay in Napa Valley and enjoy wine tasting!We chose a room that comes with one king bed.The room was large enough for two people, but it was noisy because walls were thin.
