Positive: We enjoyed the location, however on the weekends it becomes a popular bar/club area and thus very noisy at night. Negative: I was very displeased with the very limited pool hours, unexpected amenity fee, lack of mini fridge/microwave, and I had a piece of jewelry go missing from my room. Staff was less than helpful and quite rude when addressing any of these concerns

I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo for our annual company winter party, which was held at the rooftop lounge, Mr. Purple. My room was upgraded to a king on the 24th floor and the view was absolutely stunning, especially during golden hour. The room was cozy, the shower was perfectly hot, and waking up to that skyline honestly felt inspiring. Mr. Purple had great drinks and the food really surprised me, the sliders and fries were so good. I did try the in-room breakfast and that’s the one thing I’d skip unless you truly don’t want to leave your bed. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall vibe of the hotel felt fun but elevated. Perfect for a quick NYC stay and I would absolutely book here again. 10/10 recommend.

We had a fantastic view of the city. The location is great and the hotel has a cool vibe while still being cozy. Other staff around the hotel were helpful and friendly. Given the stressful circumstances and a sleepless night, we truly appreciated that our rooms were prepared earlier than the standard check-in time. Being able to access the rooms sooner, refresh ourselves, and rest was a big positive for us. The hotel lobby itself has an interesting and stylish design, which made a good first impression.
