Hotel Indigo Harrisburg – Hershey by IHG

My stay was defined by the incredible staff, who are the true stars of this hotel. From the accommodating front desk to the attentive restaurant and bar team, everyone was friendly and helpful. I was greeted personally in the lobby, my questions were answered cheerfully, and my room was always refreshed with fresh towels. My only note is that the suite needed a more thorough clean upon arrival. However, the professionalism and warmth of the staff completely overshadowed this. They created a level of rapport and genuine care that I rarely experience, making the hotel absolutely worth it.

Positive: The location was in close proximity to everything that I wanted. Negative: I did not like the fact that my bed was broken. It sank in on one side of the mattress as it the boxspring what broken. Also, the bathroom had that hand wash container in the shower and the body wash container by the sink.

Average at best. Also who decided sliding barn door is a good idea for the bathrooms? So if you are using the restroom anyone in your room gets to experience it with you... there is a huge gap in the door to the wall and they dont fully secure. Breakfast is to order nothing was out and ready and I didn't have time to wait so that was disappointing... water in the hotel is also kind of chlorine-ish and the water pressure not so great. How is this a luxury hotel? One elevator also. Dumb.

Nice mid-scale boutique, area is somewhat rural so it was nice to find a modern Reno hotel. |Stayed in king bed room Room was clean, hallways smelled new. Some repairs going on with blue tape going on but nothing major. No complimentary breakfast but had restaurant downstairs

Very nice big hotels. Room was clean and slightly modern feel. Check in was ok even though I was given a room that was occupied the front desk made up for it by giving me free breakfast. That's such a safety issue but hopefully won't happen to others. Location was great by many shops. I would return.
