From the moment I stepped into Hotel Indigo Baltimore Downtown, I knew this wasn’t just another hotel — it was an experience worth remembering. The lobby feels more like an art gallery than a check-in desk, with vibrant touches and surprising design details that hint at the personality of the city outside. It sets the tone perfectly: stylish without feeling pretentious, welcoming without being generic. My room was a great blend of comfort and character. The bed was plush and instantly inviting, the bedding crisp and fresh, and the thoughtful little touches throughout — from the curated artwork to the high-quality toiletries — made it feel like a boutique stay, not just a place to sleep. I especially appreciated the blackout curtains and quiet atmosphere; even in the heart of downtown, I s
We had a great stay. All staff was kind and helpful. Valet was prompt and one of the cheaper ones in the area. Food in the bar was good. Room was super clean. Beds super comfortable. Not a fan of the barn style door on bathroom but that wouldnt deter me from staying here again. We will be back. Thank you all for a pleasant stay.
My stay at Hotel Indigo Baltimore was fantastic. From Front desk, to other staff, everyone was attentive and helpful with questions we had. The room was cozy, the amenities offered was great quality, and bed was extremely comfortable. Grab & Go downstairs came in clutch for a midnight snack! Felt very safe and relaxed during my stay. Definitely will pick this hotel again in a future stay :)
Good central downtown location. Offers a wonderful breakfast selection (recommend getting complementary breakfast when making reservation if possible). Also recommend a corner room for the view. Room was clean and well maintained. Only downside was that we enjoy the Inner Harbor area and although close, not an easy winter walk and the Lyft ride cost added up over 3 days.
My husband and I stayed here for one night. The detail, design and atmosphere were amazing. Staff were super kind and welcoming. The king suite we stayed in was luxury and to my surprise I slept very well. If you are traveling or like me having a surgery downtown I certainly recommend staying here.
