stayed twice: Once for New Years' Eve with friends and then my friends stayed again a few days later due to a family emergency (I paid for second stay so this is my review second-hand). Both times we were so impressed. The hotel is pretty, extremely well located, and everything we saw was clean as a whistle and pretty up to date. This has not been my experience in travels nationwide since 2020 with many hotels having a hard time keeping up with maintenance. The shower was beautiful and spotless, the beds were comfy and the rooms had lots of natural light. We were surprised how reasonable the prices were. The only slight downside was that they're understaffed both at the front desk and the restaurant. I hope it was due to holidays, but if not they should add more staff. Those who were

Positive: The staff is very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The balcony rooms are fabulous. Negative: The shuttle that runs from the hotel to other nearby places (ex: ballpark) should not pick up guests from other locations after those who just loaded into the shuttle are now forced to return to the hotel to drop them off before going to the ballpark.

The bed sheets were covered in blood stains, an absolutely unacceptable sight for any guest. I was horrified and, frankly, appalled at the state of the bedding. Do not stay here. It is way overpriced for the experience! The hotel is currently being remodeled, but in the meantime it is very dated. Dirty elevator, ripped bar stools in the restaurant. Pool and hot tub were not open when we were there, even though it was 50 degrees. Pool is understandable, but it would have been nice to use the hot tub. Staff is not helpful. I was charged for 3 days of breakfast when I only needed 2. When I asked them to credit me, I was told they couldn’t do anything about it since breakfast was charged through a 3rd party. Ridiculous! No screens in the windows in the room, so they were inoperable, no airport shuttle service. Shuttle will only take you within 3 minutes of the hotel. We left our room all day and returned at 3 pm. First time reviewing a hotel here. First room I went to had dead ants all in front of shower as well as a few crawling on walls in there as well as wall by door at entrance of room. Normally, I wouldn't think much of it but after waiting in line for 10 min to check in then having to wait again for new room with ZERO apology given from front desk it annoyed me bc I was super nice about it. She actually interrupted me as I was talking. I literally got one sentence out and it was much nicer than it should have been given how long I waited. New room was fine but having no fridge was annoying. Especially for the price, it should have a fridge. Anyways, the no apology or acknowledgement of it all is what set me off and got me to write this review. Won't be going back. oh and the" ic
