Hotel Hendricks

Loved the hotel! Stayed at many in NYC over the years. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were beautiful, and the floors were quiet. The location was a 10/10!! Nothing to really criticize other than the rooms are a little on the smaller side, but that's offset with the price of the room compared to others. I will return to Hendrick's. Good job! Walter

Family of 3 stayed here for 4 nights and could find no faults. When we arrived the staff were helpful and so friendly, and our room was upgraded to celebrate a birthday we were there to celebrate. The room was perfect, the bathroom was top quality and the beds were so comfortable. We only used the rooftop bar a few times but received excellent service and the food was incredible as well as the restaurant downstairs, Isla’s, which had a really good menu. The location was perfect walking distance from all the attractions we wanted to see and surrounded by really nice little cafes for a quick breakfast. From the room and even the lobby, you could barely hear the NYC traffic and noise, making the experience even better. ||Some people mention the rooms are a little dark, they do have dim lighti

Didn’t want it to leave. The entire hotel Is very clean. Love the fancy decoration of the entire place. Room were very stylish and clean. The bathroom was beautiful. The restaurant on the first floor and the bar at the roof top with Empire State view made our nights amazing without leaving the hotel with the extreme cold weather. we got a room with Empire State view and we love it. Staff was really nice and helpful.

The location is good and conveniently located nearby Time Square, Broadway, Empire State and other shopping areas. There are a lot of food choices within 5 minutes radius from the hotel. However the cleanliness of the room is not up to standard, quite dusty. The room has very dim lighting and no mirrors a part from the shower. They also forgot to equip our room with the coffee machine and water, we had to ask. On top of that the hair dryer was not working at first and had to be replaced. There is amenity fee, we managed to use the gym although it is small, it is equipped. However only 2 people can use it at a time due to space constraints and equipment availability. Overall we had a comfortable stay.

Fantastic stay at Hendricks, couldn’t fault it. Our flights got cancelled because of the snow storm and we got kicked out from our original hotel and was rudely told they didn’t have room. Hendricks could not have been more welcoming, each time we extended our stay due to further cancellations, they honoured the cheaper rate of our first night which was a nice touch. Location, rooms, service and price all fantastic. Would highly recommend.
