Hotel Hanna

Stains on the walls and furniture. Holes in the wall. This place is a dump. We stayed here a couple years ago and it was so much nicer. Now it’s gross. Also, if you’re late they consider you a no show and will cancel your reservation with no refund. We were a day late and figured we’d just loose that day but still pay for the night. Nope, they canceled the reservation and we ended up paying for the same room on the same night twice. Then we saw the condition of the rooms. Never going back.

Positive: Location and price Negative: Parking is an extra $10 not listed. The place smells like old smoke covered with Febreze. Carpets are stained and damp. My room (258) had only sheer curtains, so no privacy. Cheap, but fine for one night since I just needed a bed.

I was passing through Harrisburg and did not want to spend lots of money. This Hotel was better than I expected. 5-10 min walk to the historic sites and heart of town. Staff were friendly and helpful, and my view was of the river and the iconic bridges. |It was good enough that I came back on the way back home :)

I arrived at 1:30pm, and the room was not ready until the 3pm check-in time. I understand, that was fine. However, since I could not check in, I asked to use the bathroom and was told "No, its dirty and we lost the key." This honestly sounds illegal, but at the very least is incredibly disrespectful. The room itself was fine. It's a bit of a dump, sure, but for the price its acceptable. Several of the staff were very nice - the gentleman on the cleaning staff, and the lady checking me out in the morning were the only good points of the trip. In the end, the disrespect and the weird extra charges will make me not return. $12 to park (not $10 as advertised), and they asked for a crazy expensive fee in order to check out at noon. Both of these are free at 98% of hotels I have stayed

Strategically located .ex Quality inn. Coffee from 630 to 930am. Byo breakfast. Equipped with microwave. Two times...access card unable open the door. Bad system needs to be upgraded
