Hotel Greystone

We stayed 2 nights at hotel greystone before a cruise. The hotel was super clean and cozy. The staff was super friendly and being able to text the front desk for needs made our stay even easier. Room was small but very clean. We were on the first floor but could hear the traffic and customers at the cafe. They do supply ear plugs!! There was a big gap between the door and frame which could be why. The soap and shampoo are amazing. The location to the beach is very nice - and the beach chairs. We would have used the roof top bar more but they closed too early. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Also. The cvs across the road was helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely can’t recommend hotel Greystone enough! We spent 4 nights here as part of our Miami Beach part of our honeymoon and we thought it was the perfect boutique Miami Beach getaway! All of the staff we met were friendly and kind and super helpful. The amenities were excellent ( we loved the roof top bar and pool over looking Miami Beach) the Kobo coffee shop was fantastic as well. The room itself was clean, super comfortable bed and super modern, the bathroom was also super nice with the rainfall shower. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay! We will be back the next time we visit Miami Beach!

I stayed at Hotel Greystone before buying a condo nearby. It’s classic Art Deco with modern touches, a rooftop pool with killer views, and a cocktail lounge that sometimes has live jazz. Staying here puts the beach right across the street behind the fancy (and pricey) Setai, but way more affordable. North end of South Beach—quiet but an easy walk to Ocean Drive. Great restaurants within a block or two, including Bella, Las Lap, Ocean Grill, Baires Grill, Blue Ribbon Sushi, and of course their phenomenal in-house Japanese restaurant Serevene. This is a great choice for a Miami Beach vacation.

I've got back from Miami and after a fantastic stay at Hotel Greystone. The roof top pool is amazing, there's plenty of sunbeds and it gets the sun all day. The food was delicious, especially at Serevene, we had our X-mas day meal here, and it was the best meal we ate the whole trip. The room are spotless, fairly minimalist, and the bed was comfy. It was really quiet at night, which isn't that easy to find on Collins Ave. A huge perk was having beach chairs included in the resort fees, and ithe beach is only a 2 minute walk. Also, there's a CVS right next door, which was perfect for stocking up. The staff were fantastic, and I would definitely stay again the next time I'm in Miami

Good location next to the beach, very friendly staff, Pedro & his team are amazing and helpful, very clean, rooms are nice but minimalistic, pool is cozy with view on Collins Avenue, at the beach you get sun-beds but umbrellas are available at $22 extra charge, bathroom amenities are nice, rooms in Courtyard are quite - no party noise. This hotel is a 9 out of 10. We will come back. Well done!
