Hotel Granada Midtown

What a great little hotel!! Wonderful atmosphere, a great little bar in the lobby, and a “ speakeasy” in the basement. Yummy breakfast and fresh coffees. The staff was so friendly, especially Dean at the front desk. Even the valets , Donald and Stanley, took good care of us! I’m hoping next time we stay it will be warm enough to enjoy the beautiful courtyard. ( though there were heaters if there is a cool night!) It definitely lived up to the photos.

Location was great. Staff very helpful and friendly. Wish the bar/restaurant was open earlier. Notice some stains in hallway carpet. Room was spacious but average. Mattress was firm, which I like, but pillow were too full/firm for my taste. The room was also noisy…I could hear traffic and staff/other guests. I’m sure the courtyard would be lovely in warmer months.

Hotel Granada was the perfect place to stay for a 3 day get away to Atlanta. The staff were very friendly and helpful! It had an inviting atmosphere both inside and outside in the open air courtyard. Great bar and music in the Basement. I would go back again!

Our family stayed at Hotel Granada in Room 230 during one of the most difficult times in our lives. We came in last minute for our dad’s funeral, and emotions were already heavy. From the moment we arrived, Zack and Kaylee showed us such genuine kindness and compassion. They were patient, understanding, and incredibly helpful. Even when certain requests couldn’t be accommodated, they handled everything with empathy and grace, never making us feel like an inconvenience. During a time of grief, small acts of kindness mean everything — and they truly made a difference for our family. Their professionalism, warmth, and care did not go unnoticed. Zack and Kaylee are a true asset to this hotel and absolutely deserve recognition. Thank you for bringing comfort to us when we needed it most.

The staff, management (Kali), and location are stellar. The restaurant quality and menu leave lots to be desired. We overall enjoyed our stay very much.
