Hotel Fera Anaheim, a DoubleTree by Hilton

Stayed here for 2 nights. The room wasn't cleaned. The bathroom still had hair and dirt it in. The toilet cover was glued together from a previous break. Signs of water damage in on the ceiling of the room. I was charged twice for reservation and the staff was polite during the refund process. Sergio in valet was the nicest of all staff. I ordered room service (burger and fries) and later that night I woke up in excruciating pain. Vomiting and diarrhea for 12 hours. I got food poisoning for $23 lucky me

HUGE shoutout to Brenda for taking such wonderful care of me and my boyfriend when we checked in for his birthday weekend! The experience was absolutely amazing, with top-tier customer service from start to finish. The rooms are very spacious, extremely clean, and the hotel is only about 8 minutes from Disneyland. The pool and spa are beautiful and well maintained. This is my 4th time staying at this hotel and I couldn’t recommend it more.

Conveniently located next to the hospital and store outlets. The customer service at this hotel is good from the valet to the front desk staff. The people were all great even the folks working at the Starbucks. Most all who work at this hotel are friendly and pleasant—except one man who works the breakfast shift in their restaurant. He was consistently rude. ||Hotel mgt needs to work on cleaning things up. The lobby was not very clean, especially the large decorative rug on which the lobby furniture sits. It is soiled and has several stains. I can’t imagine how this focal point in the lobby is ignored. ||The room. It was not very clean. Super amazing and clean room. Pretty good view too. No complaints. I got a room with 2 beds so being a solo traveler, I loved the huge space. Beds were so comfy I could fall asleep so easily. Location is meh. It's walking distance to the outlets and restaurants (In N Out is the closest one, Krispy Kreme and Buffalo Wings not far). But other than those, not much else. Had to take an Uber everywhere I go. There's bus stop right at the hotel front going to Disneyland but the arrival times are unreliable.

If you’ve ever wondered what it might be like to sleep in the middle of a highway, this is the hotel for you. Currently attempting to sleep on the 16th floor, but it is so loud between regular street noise and sirens for the hospital next door that it is clear not much sleep will be happening tonight. Also, double sheeting rather than a duvet cover in a 4 star hotel is a travesty. The scratchy sheets and extra hard bed are just icing on the top of a very disappointing cake. 2 stars because the room is generally very clean. I just wish this clean room was anywhere but here so I could sleep in peace. Lastly, parking is terrible.
