Best Western Plus Meridian Inn & Suites, Anaheim-Orange

The room was great and very comfortable. The only thing of concern was a very weird smell coming from somewhere in the room. The first room we were put in looked great but smelled like vomit. The front desk staff were so nice to relocate us to another room with no extra charge. The second room was still very nice but still an odd less potent smell coming from somewhere in the room. Overall a very comfortable stay and very accommodating staff. Shuttle to Disney was convenient and breakfast in the morning has great options available.

The hotel initially appeared nice, but the condition of the room was extremely disappointing. Upon check-in during a family Disney vacation, several cleanliness issues were immediately noticeable, including an empty and broken conditioner dispenser, food crumbs left in the carpet, stained couch cushions, and heavy dust on the lamps. The morning after arriving, my 2 y/o sister became sick with severe stomach pain and vomiting, which raised further concerns about the environment. ||The situation worsened on the third night when a large COCKROACH emerged from beside the bed. We captured it and brought it to the lobby as proof. While there, we encountered another family who had just checked in and also found cockroaches in their room. ||Both families canceled their stays immediately. Forced to

Great place to stay close to Disney and the beaches. The rooms were nice and a good place to stay if you mostly are showering and sleeping. Could use some updating the carpets are old, one of the elevators was broken as well as an ice machine, the main elevator in the lobby is pretty old and some of the tiles are broken. Could also use to be cleaned better the shower and sink were pretty dirty and we found some ants and fruit flies in our room. Breakfast was good and had a nice selection. It was very convenient to use the shuttles to get to Disney. I would definitely stay here again but it does need a few repairs and renovations.

Positive: I like that it has the pool and the Jacuzzi the Jacuzzi wasn’t at his best cleanliness the breakfast. I enjoyed as well. Negative: Not really I can’t think of anything right now

After every hotel being booked in all surrounding cities I was happy to get a room here. However I was tired and wanted to shower and to find out after finishing there was no towels. After calling front desk and waiting over an hour still no towels so I had to call front desk again. For almost $300 a night nobody should experience this type of hospitality. To top it off there was no body wash.
