Our family had such a wonderful stay here! Traveling with two kids can sometimes be stressful, but this hotel made everything feel easy and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The beds were cozy, everything was spotless, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful details that made our stay so comfortable. The location was also ideal — close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. What really stood out to us was the service. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming to our children. They made us feel genuinely cared for and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. My friends and I stayed at Hotel Dega this weekend. The location is really lovely and the hotel itself is nice. We just had an unfortunate experience with our room. My friend noticed a fresh blood stain on her bedsheet right when we checked in at 4pm. We let the front desk know and they apologized. We left to go have some wine. While we were out the hotel called us to let us know that they would be upgrading us to a two bedroom room that was much larger as a consolation. Then, they called us again an hour later redacting that and saying they would just change the sheets. We returned to hour room at 6:30pm (two hours later) and they had not changed the sheets yet. Finally, they changed the sheets at 7:30pm. I was not very happy with this. Overall, I would probably not recommend staying here

No onsite rep as we arrived at 8:30pm. Door code didn’t work, called phone number, got new code. Laying on the bed at 11:00pm, door opens. A man said phone rep gave him the room, she was in the Philippines and apologized. His room was next door. None of the codes she gave worked. She finally open his room from her location. No other locks on the door. Very unsafe. Would have been one star, but room was nice.

Hotel Dega was an absolute standout stay. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtful, stylish, and genuinely welcoming - the rooms were beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable, and the overall vibe of the hotel strikes the perfect balance between modern and warm. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the concierge texting service, especially Lyn. She was responsive, kind, and unbelievably helpful, anticipating needs before we even thought to ask. Whether it was recommendations, logistics, or little details that made our stay smoother, Lyn made everything effortless and personal. She is a huge asset to Hotel Dega and honestly deserves a raise.
