Bodega Bay Inn

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Bodega Bay Inn! We stayed in the Bay View room, which is located in a house nestled in the trees, with a lovely view of the bay (as the name suggests!). We especially enjoyed the deck right outside the room, and the hot tub a few steps below the deck. The bed was SO comfortable and we both felt peaceful as soon as we walked into our room. One sweet touch was an origami swan on one of the bed pillows, with some chocolates. Ted (manager and owner) is friendly and helpful. He and his family have created a beautiful ambiance at the inn, with a distinctly "family" feel. We feel fortunate to have discovered this gem, and will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful solo vacation with my pup at the Bodega Bay Inn! I loved that they're pet friendly and have such a charming property. My room was super cozy with a private patio, and when I needed to get some work done they were kind enough to bring in a folding table and chair for me. The kitchen was so convenient with coffees, teas, hot cider, bowls and silverware (which I used to warm up the delicious clam chowder from Spud Bay), and when I arrived there was a painting and wine class going on which I was invited to join. Oh, and there's a lovely coffee shop right on the property. We walked on the beach at Doran State Park and hiked in the hills above. I'll definitely be back on my way to our family Thanksgiving next year!

Such a special stay! We absolutely loved our time at the Bodega Bay Inn. Located a perfect spot—right off Highway 1 and surrounded by great little local shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. We stayed in Room #14, which was amazing. Super clean, full of natural light, and the bed was incredibly comfy with great quality bedding. The wraparound deck was the real star though—gorgeous views and the sound of waves crashing in the background! The grounds are beautiful too—lush greenery, blooming flowers, and lots of little tucked-away sitting areas that made it feel really peaceful and thoughtfully designed. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the place. The gentleman at the front desk was so kind and welcoming—he even showed us around and walked us to our room. And

We have been here several times. We think the rooms are nice. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The staff is so friendly and accommodating.my favorite thing is they have a great kitchen area with complimentary tea and coffee. Great place to stay.
