Hotel California

We spent two nights at the hotel California and despite what the song says when you check out, they do let you leave. We got to know Terry and Linda who are the morning and afternoon staff managers. They were very gracious. This hotel is really unique : rooms are built around a swimming pool courtyard, which is comfortable and quiet eventhough it is immediately on a main road. everything is impeccably, clean and neat,and the staff are ever so friendly. one can be so comfortable and have excellent privacy . There is access to a kitchen where one can bring in food to cook an entire meal If you wish ,something we didn’t expect and that we really liked. The rooms and beds are comfortable and quiet and the hotel attracts a nice clientele so if you’re looking for a good place to stay in Palm Spr

Stayed here a week after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor and wasn’t disappointed. Great location, close to grocery store, restaurants, and downtown. We enjoy walking and things were relatively close. We wanted to escape the damp and cold of Washington state for some sunshine and Palm Springs delivered. This place is clean, with a great pool, a laid back vibe and attention to customer service that is off the charts, shout out to Misty, Corbin, Linda, and Mike. The rooms are clean and private. Ours had a TV, microwave, small fridge, and even a toaster. This place is well worth the money and we are already planning our next stay.

This place was nice and the staff is amazing. The room has snacks and drinks waiting for you such as sodas and waters. Outside theres a popcorn machine and a communal kitchen with fresh coffee. The atmosphere by the pool is romantic and beautiful. My only con would be that the rooms need to be updated a little. They are a little bland and the tv is so small it also doesn't have streaming services. Not a huge deal for us though because we were at the pool and jacuzzi most of the time. The pool is heated and the jacuzzi is great. Overall I would definitely reccomend this place and go back for another visit. If you want to be treated very well and have a romantic getaway this is the place for you.

The staff is very friendly, warm and definitely attentive. They are rockstars. Corbin was very helpful and made sure we were happy. The rooms could use a little love. Maybe even more some personality. Overall the stay was great. Self service breakfast in the morning was low key and nice to have the whole kitchen to work with. The hummingbirds were beautiful. The pool was a smidge dirty and the spa has deteriorating concrete that wasn't very comfortable to sit on. The nighttime atmosphere was beautiful but I feel like this property could use a face lift. We took advantage of the bikes on site too. Great experience overall.
