Hotel Bixby Scottsdale

Its sad to see this place go down hill. You can tell they just do not care about the property. It has been taken over by pigeons there is bird poop everywhere! You can hear them all day long they are in the roof of the building. Told the staff but they won't do anything because corporate does not care. Rooms are okay, bed was comfortable. There was one or two people working around the property, they seemed to have a lot going on. The stairwells are disgusting trash all over, alcohol bottles, there was broken glass for several days in the stairwell by my room. No one cleans them up you would think they would check the stairwells everyday or at least every other. This place used to be nice but they just gave up on it. There are plenty of nicer places in the area for the price they are asking

Such a cute place to stay near ASU. Half the price of what my boyfriend and I were paying on campus. The staff (except the maintenance dude) and manager were so nice. The room was very clean when we checked in. Although the hotel is a bit on the older side, you can tell they try to keep it well maintained.

Nice place for long term stays. I work in construction and my company found this nice extended stay property for my coworker and I. We stayed for 3 months and the office staff was so nice. The rooms have a small kitchen area, perfect for people who travel for work. You do need to provide your own towels and sheets but that was ok since I carry my own anyways.

I am currently staying at BIXBY Hotel and checked in Wednesday night. I paid approximately $1,700 for a month-long stay, and I am now on my third night here. Unfortunately, I am actively dealing with a serious plumbing issue that has not been resolved. When stepping into the bathroom, water comes up through the floor itself, not from a fixture or drain. This makes the bathroom unsafe and unsanitary to use, and it is not a condition where I can safely walk barefoot or shower. I have reported this issue and requested a room change on multiple days, but nothing has been done. Because the problem is ongoing, I have only been able to shower once during my stay so far. Given the cost of the stay, this situation has been extremely frustrating, and I am hoping management addresses this maintena

Moving to Phoenix for a new job opportunity and this has place has been such a blessing for my family and I. My kid made friends with the other community kids and it’s nice to see him play around the hotel. Feels more like an apartment community. The property is clean and safe! They take care of the property and the staff greets you by your name everytime they see you. Until i find an actual home here in Phoenix, i will most definitely be staying here till then. Thank you!
