Hotel Belleza

1. We stayed at Hotel Belleza with a big group and it was perfect for us. The larger units were amazing and gave everyone plenty of space. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Mariana at the front desk was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. She made the whole stay easy and stress-free. Highly recommend for groups!

Positive: By far the best part is the location. Very easy to walk to the beach and was really impressed with the beach. The second room we stayed in had enough kitchen utensils to be able to cook to help reduce cost for food. Negative: The showers did not have a door so it made a big mess in both of the the bathrooms we stayed in. The door for the bathroom in both of the rooms did not close fully either so locking wasn't possible.

While our actual stay at Hotel Belleza was great, be warned, they will charge you for ANY stain in your linens. Pillow cases, sheets, even TOWELS. Are you serious? As a woman, who wears mascara, yes there is going to be mascara left on a towel from washing my face. And this will also come out when the linens are properly cleaned. Truly ridiculous. No normal hotel charges fees for stained linens.

Great hotel—my room was super clean. It’s located in a great area of South Beach, within walking distance of restaurants with amazing food. The staff has been amazing, very caring people. Special thanks to Mariana for her warm welcome. I will definitely be staying here again.

Exceeded my expectations. Pros: Loved how clean the room was. I felt very comfortable and thats is not a normal feeling for me when at a hotel. The murals in the stairwell were amazing. Very spacious rooms with refrigerator and microwave. Access to washer n dryer was a great touch as well as real plants in the room. Cons: The carpet in elevator and hallway looked worn however there is always a pleasant scent in all common areas. The indoor ramp for elevator seems a bit unstable and the resort fee was not clearly communicated on Booking.com which was annoying to find out there are additional charges.
