Rooms are clean but like the property, old. Refrigerator didn't work at first, light switch was broken and couldn't turn off light to go to sleep. Toilet flush valve came apart. Last night television didn't work and had to move rooms. Old property. Doesn't have elevator so 2nd floor is a pain for luggage. I am Marriott Silver and was told they didn't have first floor and next guest without status given first floor. I wound up with room looking at a roof and ac unit. Positives: Staff was very friendly/courteous/helpful. Pool bar/front desk/engineering all helpful. Food was also good. Pool food and breakfast were solid. Overall, way overpriced for an old motel (I understand it is high season). I will look elsewhere next trip.

Hotel Adeline has no business being in the Marriott Tribute Portfolio. It is just a gentrified 2 star motel that charges you a 4 star rate. Service: Zero customer service at check in. The gentleman could at least pretended to be friendly and of course he did offer the welcome bonus points that I was entitled to as a platinum Elite marriott member. Room: the walls were thin. Very little lighting in the room. Couldnt raise the blinds since people would just stare into our rooms. Tried to call the front desk from the in room phone and of-course it just dialed out. The TV only had cable and no option to connect to streaming ups. Even the Residence Inn TVs can connect to youtube and netflix. Shower handle was loose and would not hold temperature. We stayed two nights for reference and were al

Positive: Love the location, love the pool parties on Saturdays. Love that there’s a speakeasy on property so you don’t need to go anywhere for a nice evening. I love the rooms and I love the unique style of the hotel everywhere you turn. Negative: 100% disappointed in the bartender at the speakeasy. She was incredibly rude to me and my friends. She could not be bothered to smile, she set our drinks down with an attitude, and she was bossy. I was very shocked and embarrassed that I brought friends.

We had such a great stay! The staff were amazing across the board, but Melinda truly stood out. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and always happy to share great local tips on where to eat and what to see. The food was excellent, the pool area was a vibe, the speakeasy was such a fun surprise, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. You can really tell this hotel cares about the guest experience. We’ll absolutely be back!

We stayed two nights at the Hotel Adeline. Overall, we had a nice stay. It would rate food and service a 5, and the room and accommodation only a 3. Our room was on the second floor and faced directly onto the pool and towards the mountains. The room is on the smaller side a bit tight for two. The bed was comfortable. The room was a bit tight for two people and the AC was loud. There was one lounge chair for relaxing, interesting style (form over function but not comfortable to read or lie in), the bathroom area is very small with only two towels, no towel racks which is a problem since there is no housekeeping service and really no way to hang your towel out to dry. The closet and storage area is meager and limited the ability to unpack. With the rooms on the smaller side, no good place
