Horseman rv park

We needed an overnight stop when I10 unexpectedly closed due to a dust storm. We are 65ft long so and the owner was very pleasant and was able to accommodate us. Nothing fancy, bu it was easy access and available in a pinch.

Plain Ole pull the rv in and go to bed kinda place. Large area for horses. Flat spaces for rv's

It is a bare-bones RV park. Big Rig friendly. A good place for a stop-over. Friendly staff.

Some guy in here keeps coming across my radio speakers and he is saying "mud duck in the desert" and splatter box radio. Other people in here say his name is Mark Sherman and i think he is using a cb radio, but to my knowledge cb radio is limited to 4 watts from what a Google search showed. I made complaints to the office bit nothing has been done. He had made my family's experience here miserable. I hope he gets the boot before some little child hears his potty mouth. I would not recommend staying here just for that fact alone. Other that that it was a great stay when it was not raining.

4 stars for what it is! An easy and safe feeling overnight stop. Called owner at 6 pm and he answered right away. Arrived at 7:30 and he pulled up to collect our $25 cash. All electric, water, and sewer in good working order. Town looks pretty desolate. Train is nearby but sound was muted enough we all slept fine.
