Hampton Inn Lordsburg

First of all, many thanks to Calissa who reached out to us before we arrived indicating that the elevator were out and if we wanted to cancel our reservation. This location is next to the City of Lordsburg Police Station which adds addition security assurance. Overall, this place is great. I gave a rating of 4 stars do to their air conditioning system being outdated(picture 20). Rooms had everything needed for our stay. They have washers and dryers on site. Small gym for a limited workout. Picture 21 shows the morning view from the hallway window. Breakfast was great as you can see by the videos and pictures. Many thanks to Rosa who maintains the Continential Breakfast area in the morning. Diffentially staying here again when passing through here again.

Positive: Nothing Negative: No pool as advertised,Noisy,doors slamming all the time. Room service is terrible.No elevator because it’s broken.

I came in last nigh with my sister , unfortunately the elevators were out of order, we had about 4 40gallon totes, boy we were very fortunate enough to have had the behind the desk gentleman help us out, we weren't expecting that and it absolutely helped, long drives on the road can sure tire you out so it was great to have had that help, kudos to him ! Breakfast was and is always top tier at the Hampton, the kitchen lady this morning was amazing we literally got restaurant service, you know things happen but they definitely made up for the downs!! ❤️ ❤️ Everything was clean, lots of parking available, for trailers. I would definitely recommend , they took care of us! Great customer service ❤️

We're headed home and just passing through needed a simple place to spend the night, of course we can always count on the Hampton Inns. Room was very clean and quiet easy on and off ramp from the freeway customer service was excellent. Reasonably valued price and the noise level was extremely quiet got a good night's rest before a long drive home.

This has been the BEST visit! Upon arrival, Zave, at the front desk, was so kind and impressive! He really made our day ❤️ This hotel is lovely, we couldn't be happier with the care and attention we recieved. It's nice staying someplace so inviting. The rooms are cleans, beds are comfortable and most importantly, it's quiet and charming. An awesome place to stop along your travels!
