Comfort Inn & Suites Lordsburg I-10

Located right next to freeway. Easy to get to. No wi-fi or TV but a severe thunderstorm had recently occurred so could have been the cause. It was up and running the next morning. Breakfast was good. Beds comfortable.

Great stay and a great rate. We were warmly greeted by the receptionist, our room was clean, warm and as big as advertised. Later that night we met David the overnight receptionist. David is great, very humble, easy to talk to and he is accommodating. The hotel offers an issue indoor pool, workout room and laundry room. Breakfast was very good and overall we had a great stay.

The "young" personnel at the front desk mumbled and didn't speak up - I had to ask her to repeat what she said several times. While she may have rattled off all of the pertinent information, she was far from being a hospitable first impression for your hotel. While the room was ok overall - there were some things that definitely need to be taken care of in Room 203: 1) The sheer curtain on the window had a huge rip in it. 2) The light blocking shade looked like someone had urinated on it. 3) The paint and caulking above the A/C unit is cracked and peeling off. 4) Worst of all, when I went to take a shower in the morning, the shampoo bottle mounted on the wall was completely empty. Positive: I love all of the Comfort Inn/Suites beds and pillows. Rooms are always comfortable. Negative: There were things that happened that was not the hotels fault.the lobby AC was not working; felt bad for the workers. Coffee machine quit working in the morning. None of our keys worked when we got to the room. Key issue was fixed; just frustrating.

This would be in regard to someone traveling with a pet as it may not pertain to everyone. Easy check in, and by all appearances a nice place. Unfortunately upon entering the room it is my personal opinion it was heavily deodorized to cover again in my opinion pet urine. As with any stay I take pictures before and after as I do not want a problem with damage. I know my little pup can not shred the shear curtains that frame the window behind the drapes above the air conditioner. I did make the front desk aware of the smell and visible damage. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast fine by hotel standards. I however do not appreciate having to listen to CNN Political News (or FOX) while I eat or the comments from other guests about Trump or anything else political that they are watching.
