Horizon By the Sea Inn

Stayed at the Horizon by the Sea during the winter break. Checkin/checkout was easy and fast. We arrived late, however the hotel manager called us in advance and made arrangents so that we could retrieve the keys and get access to the room. Valentina - the hotel front desk manager - is an amazing host. She really took care of us and made sure that everything was perfect. 10 out of 10! Rooms are clean. There is a small kitchen and the hotel provides utencils and other necessities. I truly appreciated that the pool was very warm. Jumping into the warm pool after swimming in the ocean felt so relaxing. Horizon by the sea is less than 10min walk away from the beach and the town center. Great location. Everything is withing walking distance. They provide parking, plenty of beach towels, laundry

This was our first stay at the hotel. The room was clean and modern. The rooms have been newly updated and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning our next trip. The front desk service was amazing and our housekeeper made sure we had everything we needed and more. We had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We stayed here Dec. 31st for 1 week. The location is unbeatable - Short walk to the beach and Anglin Square… bustling with great restaurants and shops. Great staff; Valentina & Melissa were very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or offer local tips. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a day outside. Overall, it was a peaceful, convenient, and great-value stay… this is our 3rd time staying here and we will happily come back again.

Called before I booked reservation to double check I had the right website and that someone would be there to check us in after our 11pm flight. I called the hotel 4 times the day of our flight with no answer. With my two small kids in tow we headed to Horizon by the Seas to be met with locked door, lights off and a number on a paper taped to door to call. Called several times, texted. Spent an hour driving around (thank God we used Turo and didn’t uber or else we’d be on the side of the road with our two kids trying to find anywhere with availability. Finally found a place and got into a room at 2am. I have been calling the hotel number since this incident and they haven’t answered. I’ll dispute this with my bank.
