Homewood Suites by Hilton Yuma

Traveling from Arizona to California with two dogs we required a clean, comfortable hotel to rest. Homewood Suites in Yuma surpassed our expectations. Upon entering the well appointed lobby, we were greeted by the affable Kristal. Providing excellent customer service, she efficiently met all our requests with a warm smile. As promised tea and coffee was always available. With our Diamond member benefits complementary water and snack in hand we headed to rooms. ||Our one bedroom suite adjoined a queen suite both rooms were large, exceptionally clean, and all the amenities one would expect from Homewood Suites; as others had mentioned, no hair-conditioner. Clean spacious and friendly. The front desk staff welcomed me from the moment I walked in. I enjoyed a great breakfast that offered new choices each morning. Highly recommend this hotel.

This property was fantastic and exceeded our expectations! The spacious, sparkling clean room and incredibly comfortable bed made for a perfect stay. We loved having a full kitchen. Combined with the excellent service from the staff, we've found our new preferred hotel for all future Yuma visits.

Charged a daily parking fee for my 2 week stay even though I had no vehicle and made this clear at check in. Loud people in the room above me stomping around all evening and starting again at 4AM every morning for 2 weeks. When I finally asked about moving to a different room, was told the old "sorry none available" despite the Hilton website showing there were rooms available. 4 of us spent 2 weeks here and spent around $6000 this trip. Next visit, we'll probably spend our money at the new Everhome Suites they just finished.
