Homewood Suites by Hilton Sioux Falls

Our experience could not have been better. Upon arrival, Paige checked us in quickly, efficiently, and was very helpful with all of the questions that we had about the area.||We were there on a Wednesday, so there was a happy hour available. This included soup, salad, cheese, and crackers, fruit, wine, beer, lemonade. There were brownies for dessert. ||They provided a voucher for free GrubHub delivery. We were told there had been recent to renovations, and it appeared that it was done throughout. Everything was very clean, up-to-date, and the service from the housekeepers to the front desk to the breakfast team was impeccable. ||Breakfast was served properly. Positive: Great location, easy to get in and out of. Negative: There were a lot of details missed in our room. One of the beds had the sheets on inside out. There was a dirty towel left from the previous guest in the bathroom. The kitchenette table was dirty with something sticky and lots of crumbs. There is more.

The hotel is clean and services are good, but the staff wasn’t very impressive. I’m a Diamond member and stay in Hiltons across the country 2-3 nights a week. I asked for a late check out and was denied, even though the diamond members get that benefit. They were condescending and said I could pay for an extra day

We were pleasantly surprised with Sioux Falls in generally. Passing through was the best thing we did on this trip. Visiting the Falls was so fun. The hotel was fantastic with letting us check in early because we came into town a little earlier than planned. The room was clean and set up so cute. I was able to work from the room while my children watched a show. It would have been nice to have some other streaming options, but it worked out. The breakfast was yummy and warm. I read on the reviews that there was recent construction. It seemed to have mostly been finished and they were only working on one bigger conference room at this point. Just got home from a week of work in Sioux Falls. I wouldn’t call this place a hotel so much as a true place to call home while you’re in town. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Thank you for making my stay so wonderful. A special thanks to those working the front desk. You were magnificent and very helpful.
