Homewood Suites by Hilton Puyallup Tacoma

Breakfast was amazing! Irma was the one who put it together and made the most delicious foods. We were running late and she was so kind and generous to let us get the breakfast that we needed before she put it all away. She was full of smiles and kind. It’s people like her that make or break experiences at the hotel. All of our interactions with the staff have been so friendly!

Wonderful place to stay! Me and my family were set up here for temp housing when our home was under repair. My kids loved breakfast and making their own waffles. Breakfast team is super sweet and helpful, special thanks to Irma and Andrea. The staff are awesome; from front desk, Robin and Mikayla, super helpful and kind, to room service (everyone was kind) the room was clean, nice space, comfy beds, kitchen was stocked! Pool was clean (goes from 3ft-5ft so bring floaties for little ones). Location was a breeze for everything- mall (a walk away), stores and tons of food options around, and freeway is right there. It’s been open a month and is very clean and well designed. The style is modern and comfortable. The 2 queen suite roll in shower suite is very spacious and well appointed. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The pool is a great size with lots of sitting space. I love the outdoor fireplace and sitting area. And it’s close to the mall & restaurants! We’d highly recommend.

I had such a great stay at this Homewood Suites. The place looks brand new and everything feels fresh and thoughtfully put together. My room was huge and honestly way more spacious than I expected. It felt like having my own little apartment for the weekend. Breakfast was a total win with plenty of choices and everything nicely stocked. The staff made the whole experience even better. Every person I interacted with was warm and genuinely friendly in that way where you can tell they actually enjoy helping guests. If you want a clean comfortable stay with standout service this is absolutely the spot. I will definitely be coming back.

enjoyed the two nights spent here and enjoyed speaking to the staff. Spent $170/night. I will say, for a new hotel, they do need to work on their cleanliness as there was urine on the toilet seat and hair on the floor. Furthermore, this is a pain point for American hotel chains, but they should really work on having non-processed sugar stew, as well as non-meat and dairy-based breakfast options. A simple station of pre-cut fruits would go a long way, as well as having at least one plant-based milks. These are bare minimum options that non-US hotels always have.
