Bowman Hilton - A Puyallup RV Park

Great location and place to live, the people are very friendly and treat each other like family. The new manager Annie has always been kind and helpful to everyone, especially during the recent storm. Considering all the things that are asked of her and what she has accomplished for our community makes this a place I will call home for the rest of my life.

I have lived in this park since November and I have really enjoyed my time here so far. Annie has been so accommodating and helpful to me! I am a first time full time camper and she has been so friendly and helpful to me! The park is super quiet and feels very safe!! Annie takes a lot of pride in making sure the park looks clean and well maintained! I would recommend this park to anyone!!

I have a tiny home I'm selling on behalf of a client in this community, and I've had a great experience here. The community is tucked away from main roads, but only 10 minutes to town, and 45 minutes to Seattle.The community is a blended community of tiny houses, RVs, and manufactured homes. If you're looking for a matchy-matchy community with a lot of landscaping, it's not that, but everything is clean and significantly more orderly than when I was here a year ago! The neighbors I've met have been great, and the park manager, Annie, has been very communicative.

I moved my tiny house into this community a couple weeks ago. My experience has been excellent all the way and made possible by the property manager Annie. From day one looking at the property Annie has been very communicative and a pleasure to talk with. Once I decided to move in she went above and beyond preparing my site. I'm excited about the upcoming improvements planned for the property and look forward to enjoying life here even more.

I moved into this park and have been so happy! The manager Annie has been so nice and helpful!! I had a very stressful month when we moved in, Annie helped me through a lot and made it so much easier for me and she still makes things less stressful.
