Our experience was excellent from start to finish. The service is among the best we have ever received at a hotel. Even before arrival, they responded very quickly to all my questions, which already made a great impression. They receive packages free of charge (which is a big plus in New York) and also store luggage without any issues. We were allowed to do an early check-in (for a fee), but they provided us with credits to use within the hotel, which made it very worthwhile. Every member of the staff — front desk, housekeeping, and managers — was consistently kind, attentive, and helpful. We were in town for a few nights and this hotel was perfect for our trip. The rooms were clean, and well stocked. Breakfast had a variety of options and it was great to have it included in the price. The parking garage is so close, and an easy walk. The discount for parking provided through the hotel is great. The front desk will stamp the back of your parking ticket before going to pick up your car to get the discount. The front desk can hold your bags on your check out day, and it was a super easy process. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The location was great for access to times square and the theater district, it is about a 10-15min walk to get to those areas. MSG and Penn Station are even closer. We felt the area was safe, and the street that it is on is quiet.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, with everything you might need, including a small kitchen, microwave, and a large refrigerator. There was even an ironing board and an iron, which was very convenient. Breakfast was good and offered a nice variety: coffee, tea, milk, juice, fresh fruit, bagels, toast, eggs, cereals, and more. The staff was friendly and very efficient, especially Felix, who stood out for his excellent service during breakfast. The reception team and housekeeping staff were also consistently welcoming and helpful. The location is another big plus: close to the subway and within walking distance of many major tourist attractions.
