Homewood Suites by Hilton Largo Washington DC

This is unfortunately the second Hilton property I’ve been dissatisfied with in the past two weeks, which is very disappointing because I typically choose Hilton specifically for their consistent quality and phenomenal customer service. Upon check-in, the front desk associate was not warm, welcoming, or professional. His demeanor came across as dismissive and unfriendly. I requested a room on the 4th floor and was told none were available. However, moments earlier, I overheard him tell the guest in front of me that there were plenty of rooms available on that same floor. That inconsistency was concerning. I then requested a room with a good view. Instead, I was assigned a room facing directly behind the beltway. The traffic noise cars, trucks, horns made it extremely difficult to sleep. A

Was there with my family for a soccer tournament. When we checked in the staff was not friendly nor did they seem to care that you were there checking in. The room was musty, carpet dirty and hair all over the floor in the bathroom. The hair dryer was covered in dirt and hair spray with hairs sticking to it. The ironing board was missing, and the Iron was broken. The bathroom sink backed up and wouldn't drain. I called the front desk twice to have someone unclogged the sink, but no one came to fix it. Had to use the sink in the dirty kitchen to brush teeth and get ready. Housekeeping never came to the room to clean it or to give fresh towels. It honestly felt like an old dirty Super 8. I had a wonderful stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Largo Washington D.C. from March 14 to March 18, 2025. The location was excellent—very convenient for getting around and close to many attractions. The service and facilities were top-notch, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only area that could be slightly improved was cleanliness—while generally good, there were a few small details that could have been better. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

We had an excellent experience at Homewood Suites by Hilton Largo. The staff truly made the difference especially Sharron who went above and beyond to make sure my family was well taken care of. The hotel was clean, spacious and very comfortable which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Any minor issues were handled promptly and professionally. The location was also a major plus and I would absolutely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Everything about my stay was wonderful. Spacious and clean rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the cleaning personnel. All lobby and main areas were clean and wonderfully decorated. Would greatly recommend to anyone going to a Washington Redskins football game as there is a shuttle that only takes about 10 min (at most with traffic) to get to the stadium.
