Courtyard by Marriott Largo Medical Center Drive

We stayed here for one night when we attended a football game. The check-in process was fast and the lady was warm and welcoming. All 3 people we came across working the bar were also super nice and welcoming. The hotel is extremely convenient to the stadium and they have a $$ shuttle service if you want to use it. We took an Uber to the game and then walked back. Now the downside. There was a light inside the ac unit that blinked all night and the room got really warm as we are pretty sure they use a motion activated system. Which is fine during the day but sucks at night. The bed was fine and the room was clean. I just wish the room had been cool enough for me to get some sleep.

My wife, son, and I checked into this hotel this past Friday evening for a soccer tournament this weekend. At the time we checked in, the lobby didn’t seem too busy, and the gentleman who checked in immediately before us did not have a reservation. He was able to easily get a room. The check-in process was quick and easy, I asked for an upgrade because of my status with Marriott Bonvoy. I was told the hotel was completely sold out and nothing was available. Our room was nice and large, very clean. The carpet and furniture was a little worn, but again, the room was clean and fit our needs perfectly. We slept well, got up the next morning to shower, and only two of the three bottles of shower products were on the wall in the shower: the conditioner bottle was not there. Although the body was

Positive: The location to the venue we were there for. Negative: If I could rate the staff a negative number I would. I had at least 3 issues they never addressed. I ended up switching hotels and actually got to sleep that night.

I booked three nights and was given a wellness room. Upon entering the room, the closet door was partial opened; could not stay closed. The room phone did not work, had to constantly go downstairs to speak with staff. Bathroom towel was dirty; red lipstick was on it. Also, the bathroom drain took a while to go down and the shower hot water did not stay hot. I checked out a day early at noon and the hotel staff member stated the system would not allow to check me out; Marriot charged me for another night. After completing a comment card, I'm still waiting on someone to address my concerns that was originally shared with staff. This was a huge upset to be a rewards member.

Worst service/hotel ever being a member of Marriott… We asked to have our room early check in and wasn’t able to…. We later checked in and we got the worst(aka the last room) they had which had no ac or heat running through the room. They did give us a space heater for the night. We also noticed that half our outlets didn’t have power. The wallpaper was peeling away as well as the shower pipe being loose. Also noticed questionable stains that are in the photos. Not trying to bash and nitpick everything just wishing the service/room was better.
