Holiday Inn Express & Suites I-95 Capitol Beltway-Largo by IHG

Positive: I usually like holiday inn express. Negative: The area was bad. People were partying all night long, it was hard to sleep. While leaving, we saw a car in the parking lot had all 4 tires stolen right off of it.

Exactly what we needed for the night! We booked last minute and arrive on Christmas Eve to attend the cowboys vs commanders game. The hotel was nice and clean despite low staffing over the holidays. Breakfast was nice. We were with a group of about 10 staying on the hotel and everyone found something to eat. The water was piping hot. Just how I like it. Idk what it is about a Holiday Inn but I always sleep like a baby here. Thank you!

The stay was comfortable and was just what we needed on our way to NY. There's a laundry room available downstairs around the clock that's clean ($2.00 to wash, $2.00 to dry, quarters only, which the front desk can make change for). Also, downstairs has a coffee/tea station available at all times, which really came in handy for us. The front desk staff are really nice amd friendly. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and I would come back.

The variety of offerings at breakfast was useful--sometimes omelettes, sometimes scrambled eggs. The coffee was tasty and strong, a vital plus! The staff handling the breakfast area were efficient and friendly. The hotel is not too far from the Metro, so one could go into D.C. for the museums and other offerings. One major negative: tv in room had small, red horizontal lines so a bit hard to view.

Easy access to I-95, 495, 202, 214. Quite close to restaurants and shopping just across route 202. Location is far enough from D.C. to be away from clogged traffic, but within 20 or 30 minutes if you must go into D.C. Enough parking, and in a cluster of hotels. Breakfast buffet was laid well, clean and well stocked. Plenty of seating.
