Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Bed Bugs & Zero Accountability I am beyond outraged and disgusted by my experience at Homewood Suites. Around 2:00 AM, I was forced to check out after a BED BUG literally crawled past my head while I was laying in bed. Let that sink in. No guest should ever have to experience something that horrifying — especially in what’s supposed to be a reputable hotel. I immediately packed up and left in the middle of the night because I feared taking bed bugs home with me. That’s not a minor inconvenience — that’s a serious health and sanitation issue. What makes this even worse is that despite providing this information, management refused to issue a refund. So not only was I exposed to bed bugs, but I was also charged for a stay I could not safely complete. Th

Positive: The room was huge and was very clean. Negative: I wouldn?t say this is a hotel, it?s a motel with nice rooms. I wasn?t expecting to have to drive around looking for my room. This more like an apartment complex they turned into a motel. The outside was kinda scary. Oh and the couch was like cardboard.

I had a horrible check in experience with this hotel. Room was not ready for 3.pm (check in time) I had to wait hours to get the room, finally at 4.pm. Agent was totally careless.. felt disturbed when I was checking again and again on the room. He couldn’t care less. Also forgot to tel about the manager reception (hours) so I almost missed that. Everything was gone already by the time I got there. Gym AC was broken, it was 100 F inside. Overall a poor experience, not even close the usual Homewood Suites experience. I would not recommend.

This place was very cozy and everyone was super friendly. They even did out dishes without being asked to do that whoch was amazing! The rooms and complex are a tiny bit dated but other than it was a great experience!

Our room was clean!! But my favorite part of our stay was the breakfast and hanging out by the fire lobby. We were working remotely and the WiFi was good and since we were so centrally located, we walked to get lunch! It was an overall positive stay.
