Homewood Suites by Hilton Fayetteville

This hotel was exactly what I needed for a last-minute stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was accommodating and attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly even with two different motorcycle clubs staying at the same time. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, though I wasn’t a big fan of the pancake hash browns, but that’s a minor detail in an otherwise excellent experience. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Pretty unpleasant experience. The room was very dusty and not properly maintained. Everything looked and felt dirty. The shower curtain was not the proper one for the shower and made water get everywhere anytime you showered as well as the shower head being stuck in a position that made the water hurt when you stood under it and if you tried to change the pressure crust came out of the shower head. The tv was blue and only showed shows in Spanish and asked for help and was told they do that sometimes. They claim to have a heated pool which I’m not sure what the definition of heated is to them but I can assure you that pool is not warm. I asked for towels from 6 different people over the course of three days and only received two the night before I checked out. Breakfast was ok but hot food

Due to the reviews, I thought this was a nice hotel. When I checked into my room, I noticed Ants crawling in the bathtub and all over the wall. I immediately requested a refund and check out of the hotel. I was told by the clerk that the person previously staying there was there for several weeks. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Dear Hilton Customer Service, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at one of your hotels. As a loyal customer who frequently chooses Hilton for business trips, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the accommodations during my last visit. Upon arrival, I noticed that the hallways and rooms were not only unclean but also emitted an unpleasant odor reminiscent of dog urine and other pet smells. This environment was incredibly off-putting and did not align with the high standards I have come to expect from the Hilton brand. Additionally, I was told that the carpets could not be shampooed due to concerns that the glue underneath would be damaged. Positive: Digital check in, key, and check out was flawless. Breakfast had plenty of options and the 6am start during the week was great. The room was comfortable. Negative: Wifi speeds could be better. There was a room thermostat on the wall that didn't seem to operate anything (although it had the options) since there was a manual air conditioner in place as well.
