Homewood Suites by Hilton Dover

Hot Tub wat Hot, and pool was Wet. which is what we wanted. Victoria at Front of the house was fantastic and accommodating. Lovely Staff thru out visit. I loved the ceiling fan in bedroom, and thermostats in each section of the suite. There were plenty of towels& the kitchenets full size fridge were great. Bonus of and free Breakfast all worked out for 5 of us. It was a Very last minute decision. but still got to use facilities till 10pm!! we will be back.

Positive: This was my second Christmas staying here and it truly feels like home. Guests who come and visit for the Holiday rave about the place too. They go the extra mile with things like a wrapping station for gift wrapping Negative: ""

The front desk personel Justin and front desk manager Alaysha are very attentive to needs of guests. Also very accommodating. Atmosphere is very warming, rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Housekeeping is great my room is always clean when asked. Always willing to go the extra to get you anything you need both housekeeping and front desk. Im currently staying here for business till next February and everyone has made me feel very welcome. I would stay here again in the future.

This is one of my favorite locations the Homewood inn Portsmouth does not have a hot tub. I had my daughter's 10th birthday here it was a success probably the best birthday ever we stayed the whole weekend. The meeting room was 100.00 compared to other hotels this was very affordable it is small but for a kid's birthday it was perfect. It was very packed that weekend with families on school vacation the hotel keeps their hot tub and pool clean

Great experience! We have 3 small children and they loved the room, breakfast, pool, and hot tub. Only thing we noticed was the pool and hot tub filters must not have been working great. There was some hair in both but not a big deal we scooped it out and were able to enjoy both!
