Hampton Inn Dover

The staff is wonderful. The Front Desk Manager, Kevin Maloney, provided excellent customer service during a phone call in which I requested a last minute change of date for our check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very clean, well stocked, and included fresh fruit options.

Nice hotel. Very clean, nice pool and excellent customer service! Our son left his stuffed kitty cat behind and when we called to ask about it, the staff found the cat and mailed it to us! Saved us a bunch of headaches! The only reason I am knocking off 1 star is because the disability accommodations were somewhat lacking. I use a power wheelchair and we stayed in an ADA accessible room. Overall, the room was okay but the beds were solid platform beds that did not have any clearance underneath them. This made it extremely difficult for me to transfer in and out of the bed as we often use a lift device that goes under the bed to help me with transfers. While having clearance under a bed is not an ADA requirement, more and more hotels have beds with this clearance in their ADA rooms so peopl

Staff on weekends were always restocking and cleaning. Very busy and polite staff. Rooms were better than the Hilton I was in 2wks ago but the carpets are getting close to needing a deep clean. Rooms overlooking entrance can be a little loud. If I come back I'll ask for a rear facing so I can enjoy the scenery. Nice patio area off the pool. Love an included breakfast.

Clean rooms. Nice breakfast served 6a-10a. Kids enjoyed pool. Friendly staff. Only complaint would be that for 4 nights there are room only got cleaned 2 day, even though house keepers were in room next to ours at 12noon.

Cheyanne top notch customer service skills. I appreciate your help in getting a shuttle to the bus station. Breakfast was very good.
